Do you think PM ethics has been impacted (negatively or positively) by recent level of civil discourse that has been in the news, the last couple of years? or unaffected? Do you think it makes people more, or less, (or same) likely to cut corners at work, or take ethics a little less seriously, when they hear what is going on in the country & the world, & what others are doing?

Personally, I feel it has impacted PM ethics at certain places but good thing is that its not common everywhere. there are places where it has no impact & PMs are still working with same ethics as before.
