Need recommendations for Project Management tool that's suitable for a small team.

We currently use SP2010 /teamsites and are expecting to move to O365 early next year. With that, I am hoping to migrate these project/teamsites to a new platform without spending a fortune on setup and maintenance.

What specific information or workflows are you looking to capture or automate? What does "small" mean to you - 5 people? 10?

Hi Kiron... not looking to do any KPIs or other statistics yet. Need a simple and intuitive way to report and share project data with team and stakeholders.

We looked at the likes of Bamboo PPM in the past but that's an overkill at this point for us.

Use the O365 ecosystem. This can Project Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Delve, Teams, etc. Suitable for any size team. Enjoy

I'm leaning towards that idea. Do you any good place to look at for benchmark ideas?

You might take a look at Atlassian's Confluence & JIRA for work management, collaboration and information sharing...

Hi Murtaza,

You can check the PM tool "Gouti" if you search a simple and intuitive way to report and share project data with your team and stakeholders and easily manage tasks.

Hope it will help in your research !
