HI All,

What are available tools and methods to measure and compare performance of members of a team who carry out different kind of activities?
These activities could be of different complexities and need different level of effort and expertise.

We need to measure and compare performance of team members at regular intervals
and see who is performing better than others for R&R or compensation purpose.
Team members carry out a variety of activities like working on tickets of different complexity, perform monitoring activities, slides preparation, reporting etc.

Any suggestion or advice is most welcome.
