Are you planning to read PMI's Benefits Realization Management practice guide?

I just downloaded and skimmed through the guide and found that it provides a fairly comprehensive but easily consumable coverage of BRM principles, roles and practices.

The one gap I found is that there was no discussion on differences in BRM practice for projects following an adaptive life cycle vs a predictive one so perhaps that's an area for future evolution of the publication.

Here's a link to the free download of the guide (as usual, you can't print it out in whole or in part): https://www.pmi.org/pmbok-guide-standards/...its-realization

Looking to download, though, seems to be an issue with the download option. Did I miss the window already?
But, definitely, once I can get it downloaded, I'll check it out!

That's odd, Andrew - I was able to download it just now using the link in my original posting. As you said, might have been a temporary glitch.

I was part of the group of authors but after three month of work I decided to quit. One of the reasons I fully disagree about the scope where some items is what you stated @Kiron.
