Hello there fellow PMs!
I am currently researching around the thema of political/power pressure risks in projects.
You know what I mean: projects initiated out a political decision without proper consideration of its feasibility, or imposed solutions coming from project sponsors and not backed up by any thorough analysis.
I am looking to read - or hear - from you who had been able to challenge these situations successfully: what were the strategies or tactics that allowed you not to be dragged in a "suicide" project mission?
Thanks a lot for sharing, if you want your answers to remain confidential, let me know and I'll organise a more direct feedback method.
