What is the classification model that will allow us to better group the stakeholders of the project?

If a project decides to classify the stakeholders, based on the level of authority and level of responsibilities of these.

There are many ways to organize your stakeholders - functional alignment (e.g. internal/external, operations, sales) is one way to do it. But what's more interesting will be grouping them based on your analysis (e.g. interest/influence/impact).
