Resource Mobilization Plan

You need to have a complete breakdown of all resources involved:

Human
Material
Equipment
Financial
Other

Then you need to do the following :

1) For each category, do a breakdown for subcategories
2) Next Column: Indicate number of Man Months required for each recourse
3) Next, indicate the start date, and beside it end date

You will end up with a simple and efficient Resource Mobilization plan that would work for you regardless of the approach.

We do this for every project, program and portfolio.

Is this a predictive project? If so? A WBS would be a good starting point once you have high-level scope defined...
