Hello all,
I am looking to help create more efficiency with our complex client scheduling. We have many cross-teams with a lot of clients all over the world. Our meeting scheduling usually begins with assembling the teams availability and then reaching out to our clients for their availability and hopefully confirm a date for a meeting. During this time, our teams are also being scheduled for other clients separate from the one above. Scheduling is complex and challenging, and takes 25-35% of a project administrators time. We use Doodle to help with the bottleneck - but that is not always successful. Any ideas?
