Has anyone been involved in a CLAS Implementation Project?

Group, my organization (a regional health system) is evaluating requirements to implement CLAS standards (Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services). Has anyone been involved in implementation of these standards? I'd love to hear your experience with implementing this and any thoughts you can share. Thank you!
