On-Demand Webinars are not adding PDU to dashboard

Hi All,
I did many on-demand webinars via projectmanagment.com to get PDU's for my CAPM (I have completed my 15 required). I have watched two this past week to start earning PDU's for my PMP but they're not showing up in my dashboard (nor have I received the email that it's being reviewed).
Has anyone else experienced this?
Whom should I contact to see what the issue is?

I have been attending the Webinars on ProjectManagement.com and it has been reporting automatically. The last few days it completely stopped. I can not even submit manually. Is there a problem?

Seems like issue exists with auto reporting of PDUs. I almost completed 10 to 15 on-demand webinars in past 2 weeks but none of the PDUs credited to my account. Can someone help with it from helpdesk. Thanks. Shailaja

Same here. Completed several, I think I received email confirmation for two. Now I'm trying to put together a list of what I did to self-report.

The PDUs earned will be displayed, along with the status of their automatic reporting to your transcript. You will also be able to see if you have any webinars you need to self-report, or those which were not fully completed.

All auto-reported education PDUs will be automatically submitted to PMI, typically within 48-72 hours. Please allow 7-10 days processing time in total.

Hi @Nysheah Tatum - Yes, PDU auto-batch reporting is not instantaneous at this time. PDUs are typically batched within 48-72 hours, however, we ask that you allow 7-10 business days for PDUs to be processed and recorded, as delays do occasionally occur.

Hi @Nysheah Tatum - Yes, PDU auto-batch reporting is not instantaneous at this time. PDUs are typically batched within 48-72 hours, however, we ask that you allow 7-10 business days for PDUs to be processed and recorded, as delays do occasionally occur.

I completed several on-demand webinars on projectmanagement.com, a few of which were completed after they were "processed," but several are not. I am just trying to understand the criteria for processing them. For example, The Agile Enterprise: Certifications - Are They Necessary? and Navigating Tactful Negotiation were NOT processed (there are batches like this missed). But I completed a few after them were processed! So wondering how there are batch of them missing like this! I might be very close to completing all of my PDUs, but I am still short of several.

Hi Krishna Rudravarjula - It appears you viewed the 2 videos back in 2022 and we received an error when auto-batch reporting. I have resubmitted them for processing and they should be batched later today. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
