Jira Rollout - Project Plan

Hi,

I just joined a new org, and one of my first projects is to rollout JIRA to a whole business unit for ease of data gathering, and problem/escalation management.

Trying to look for references to a project plan to capture all that is required to rollout the tool to an audience I understand might not like this change.

Any help will be appreciated.

You might want to consider doing a pilot first. That would not only allow you to validate the overall requirements but would also build some goodwill and ambassadors.

Stephane - Thanks for the response. Yes, a Pilot is one of the tasks I will be including in the project plan. Execution phase perhaps.
