Does anyone use Webvantage as their PM software? Looking for support and implementation help.

After being hired to help streamline and introduce Agile, I've been forced to learn Webvantage. Please help with how you use and best practices for project management.

It is a software that is intended to support all aspects of an agency- billing, timekeeping, schedules for projects, etc.

Let me clarify- https://gotoadvantage.com/ is the software. It’s called webvantage when accessed through website.
