Hi everyone
I’m Rami, a Project Manager with nearly 13 years of experience, mainly in the automotive industry.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to grow through different roles, including BOM Engineer, Launch Manager, Manufacturing Manager, and Industrial Project Manager. These experiences have given me a global vision of projects , from design to industrialization.
I’m a people-oriented and collaborative professional. I strongly believe that the best results come from meaningful discussions, where each person brings their perspective and added value to the table. Connecting people and creating the right environment for collaboration is something I genuinely enjoy.
Outside of work, I’m deeply connected to nature. Hiking and mountain climbing are more than hobbies for me , they are ways to stay grounded, disciplined, and aligned. I pay close attention to preserving nature as I find it, with respect and responsibility.
I’m also involved in voluntary initiatives, leading awareness sessions for students on the importance of protecting our planet. Passing on these values is, for me, a duty as much as a commitment.
🌍 Projects, people, nature — these are the pillars that guide both my professional and personal journey.
Welcome to PMI's online community, Rami! It's great to have you here and to learn more about you and your approach to project management. I look forward to seeing you around the online community!

Saira Sohail Project Manager| BSM DEVELOPERS LAHORE Lahore, PB, Pakistan
Hello everyone! 👋
I'm Saira Sohail a Project Manager, leading initiatives that require strong coordination, stakeholder alignment, and a clear focus on delivering measurable value.
I’ve always been drawn to structured problem-solving, organizing complex activities, and enabling teams to work toward shared objectives—interests that naturally led me into project management.
In my day-to-day work, I use MS Project, Power BI, Jira, Trello, and advanced Excel to plan, track performance, and support data-informed decision-making. I also have hands-on exposure to n8n automation, where I’ve worked on streamlining workflows, integrating systems, and reducing manual effort across project processes. I’m keen to further explore AI-supported reporting and intelligent automation as these capabilities continue to shape the future of the profession.
What attracted me to project management was its ability to bridge strategy and execution. What has kept me in the field is the continuous learning, adaptability, and the opportunity to deliver meaningful outcomes in dynamic environments.
One of my proudest accomplishments has been successfully managing and coordinating multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring transparency, proactive risk management, and consistent alignment among stakeholders.
I’m excited to connect with fellow professionals here, exchange insights, and continue growing within this community. Looking forward to learning from you all!

Juan Carlos Gonzalez Deputy Medical Director| Instituto Guatemalteco de Seguridad Social Guatemala, Guatemala
Hello everyone,
My name is Juan Carlos González, MD, and I currently serve as Deputy Medical Director at the Guatemalan Social Security Institute (IGSS), where I lead hospital-level clinical and administrative operations, institutional process improvement, interdepartmental governance, and healthcare risk management.
When I was growing up, I wanted to be a physician, and I followed that calling by specializing in pediatrics. However, as my career progressed, I became increasingly aware that many of the most serious problems affecting patient care were not strictly clinical. They were organizational, structural, and systemic.
That realization marked a turning point. I deliberately began to build new competencies beyond medicine—first in Public Health and Public Administration in Health, later completing a Doctorate in Public Health, then expanding into Human Resources Management and organizational leadership, and I am currently completing formal training in Project Management. Each step was a conscious decision to better understand how institutions work, how people are led, and how complex initiatives can be designed, executed, and sustained.
The project management tools and approaches I work with most include PMBOK-based standards, stakeholder governance, institutional risk management, KPI-driven management, Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC), and data tools such as Excel and Power BI. My primary interest lies in applying structured project management to complex healthcare systems, where multiple stakeholders, limited resources, regulatory constraints, and human factors converge.
What drew me to project management was recognizing that many healthcare failures are, at their core, project failures: weak planning, fragmented leadership, unmanaged risks, and lack of execution discipline. What has kept me in this field is seeing how solid project frameworks can protect teams, bring coherence to institutions, and translate strategy into measurable outcomes for patients and health systems.
One of my proudest accomplishments has been leading institutional transformation initiatives—including modernization of pediatric services, development of evidence-based clinical guidelines, national research projects informing public policy, and hospital programs focused on workforce dignity, quality systems, and operational redesign. These experiences confirmed that sustainable transformation only occurs when technical rigor is combined with ethical leadership and human-centered execution.
Alongside my executive role, I also serve as a graduate-level professor in Health Services Evaluation, working in the formation of healthcare leaders capable of linking evidence, management, and public responsibility.
I look forward to learning from this community, exchanging experiences, and contributing—especially from the perspective of large-scale healthcare projects and public-sector environments in Latin America.
Best regards,
Juan Carlos González, MD
