I use a great tool and device called PLAUD. PLAUD is a voice recorder that can attach to the back of our phone or be separate. The Mic is very good for picking up the meeting or conversation. The device/app will transcribe and summarize (as well as MindMap) the session using CHATGPT. I normally copy and paste the session to my ONENOTE for further reference or use. The device batteries last for months and seem to have great storage. It is the best solution I have found yet for using a recording device matched with AI. Saving Changes...

I recently upgraded to the 4.0 version which even made it extremely helpful to make my job easier, concise, and politically correct as stated by Rami. I plan to explore more AI tools.
