Nicole, I use ChatGPT and PMI Infinity to get info and sometimes see how I can address my concerns in a more politically correct fashion given that English is not my first language!

PMI Infinity, while new, it is pretty cool because it provides you with the resources and references related to where the info they provided came from!

My recommendation is starting with the two PMI´s courses on the matter. While I am not a PMI´s courses advocate, in this case, both courses are very useful.

I use a great tool and device called PLAUD. PLAUD is a voice recorder that can attach to the back of our phone or be separate. The Mic is very good for picking up the meeting or conversation. The device/app will transcribe and summarize (as well as MindMap) the session using CHATGPT. I normally copy and paste the session to my ONENOTE for further reference or use. The device batteries last for months and seem to have great storage. It is the best solution I have found yet for using a recording device matched with AI.

I have been using CHATGPT, Copilot, and PMI Infinity for a while. I recently upgraded to the 4.0 version which even made it extremely helpful to make my job easier, concise, and politically correct as stated by Rami. I plan to explore more AI tools. It's a lifelong learning adventure.

Nicole I make extensive use of Generative AI, primarily ChatGPT, mainly to revise my writing, enhance my explanations of concepts, and generate summaries of readings
