Hi Everyone! I use a mixture of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and PMI Inifinty. I find both tools to be great thought partners. In addition to being a thought partner I often leverage both tools to help me to complete some of my more mundane tasks (task sequencing, crafting email, concise status, etc rather quickly so that I can focus more on strategy and implementation.

We use a project management software that has AI built into the features, so typically I use that. If you have a project management software of record, you could see if they have any AI built into the platform! The AI I use helps build project rules and you can map due dates and assignments with it; and it can also tailor your comments and edit them.

I’ve been using Co-Pilot since it fits well with our org tools. Lately, I’m also exploring Infinity to see how it can support my PM work.

Would love to hear what AI tools or tips have worked well for folks in project management!
