We have had a successful internal corporate PMO function for 10+ years. This year, we are starting to market our PM services externally, initially targeting trading partners and existing relationships.
Has anyone had success with starting a PMO professional services / PM Consulting function? Any guidance or advice on how to establish yourself in the marketplace? Are there organizations or venues to create a presence?
