Could you explain to me how the external stakeholder analysis matrices, interest - power, and interest - impact, are constructed and interpreted?

Based on first-hand, second-hand or anecdotal knowledge about the identified stakeholders, such evaluations are usually made subjectively by the PM working with core/key stakeholders such as team members and/or the sponsor. Ideally, there is evidence to support the evaluations and an opportunity for the participants to come to a consensus on the evaluations.
