Rami, it's great accessibility is considered in your Company. Accessibility in construction is fundamental to satisfy the needs, mainly of persons with physical disability, creating safe and inclusive places usable by everyone.
I serve on the board of our local Museum, and we recently had a project to re-vamp our website to address accessibility requirements. Given that it is a website, it was primarily aimed at folks with visual disabilities.

Users with visual impairment will appreciate the benefits when using a screen reader to access the page; or also Daltonic users, that can be benefited from a correct selection of colors for the design. Also, the website can include web accessibility considerations for other handicapped users like dyslexics, epileptics, users with hearing impairments, etc.
In the transportation industry, accessibility for an aging population has been a focus area.
