Hello,

As a researcher in the field of Performance Management and Organizational Ambidexterity, I often write short articles that I typically publish on LinkedIn. However, I am interested in starting to publish some of my articles here on my PMI platform.

I would appreciate any guidance on this matter.

Thank you.

Dear Kimberly,

I hope you are doing well.

My first article was successfully published, and I submitted part 2 about a month ago but have not yet received any feedback. Could you kindly advise if there is a way to expedite the review and decision-making process regarding submitted articles?

I also have 10 additional articles related to the first one, which I am planning to publish sequentially, but I am waiting for the outcome of part 2 before proceeding.

Best regards

You can publish articles directly on PMI by logging in to your PMI membership portal and using the community article/blog feature, similar to LinkedIn. For formal publications like PM Network or PMI's Knowledge Shelf, submissions go through their editorial review process at pmi.org/publications, where your research on Performance Management and Organizational Ambidexterity would be a strong fit.

"Impartial observers from other planets would consider ours an utterly bizarre enclave if it were populated by birds, defined as flying animals, that nevertheless rarely or never actually flew. They would also be perplexed if they encountered in our seas, lakes, rivers and ponds, creatures defined as swimmers that never did any swimming. But they would be even more surprised to encounter a species defined as a thinking animal if, in fact, the creature very rarely indulged in actual thinking."
