I am trying to read and highlight words on my copy of the handbook for the pgmp but is locked with a password although I tried with my pmi account password and id is not working does anyone know which password it is or how do I reset that one I already reset my account password twice and still not able to edit Saving Changes...

Erika, I think due to copyright regulations, you can’t highlight anything and probably you can print on any guides you download from PMI website but you can double check with customer care!

If the document is in .pdf format, you can use a pdf to word converter to obtain an editable file, so you can highlight the sections of the document you want. Saving Changes...
Hi, I just got the PMI membership today and downloaded the PMBOK Guide to practice for my PMP exam. The file seems to be password protected and it is not accepting my PMI login password. Could someone please advise why this is happening and how to get around this problem? Is there a different password to access these downloaded files?

Hello, You can download the PMBOK 8th edition guide and then Right Click to OPEN WITH the downloaded file with "Google Chrome" and should work. Tried for myself and it worked.

Also seems to work when using your native PDF reader (windows, right click, open with) I'm using foxit.
