Integrating Wrike and Azure DevOps: Seeking Best Practices for Global Project Portfolio Management

Hello everyone, this is Macedo.

I’m currently facing a global challenge: managing a project portfolio that relies on two different tools. Our team uses Wrike for comprehensive project oversight—covering resources, timelines, costs, and time tracking—while Azure DevOps serves as the platform for managing software development work, including demands, sprints, releases, bugs, and user stories.

The issue I’m encountering is the need to maintain a single, up-to-date project view in Wrike. At the moment, we must manually check Azure DevOps for open bugs and the status of each DevRequest and User Story, then update tasks in Wrike accordingly. This manual process is time-consuming and prone to delays or errors.

Has anyone successfully integrated these two tools so that changes in Azure DevOps automatically flow into Wrike? I’m interested in learning about any solutions, connectors, or approaches that others have implemented. Any practical experiences, best practices, or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your insights!
