I am working on an AI program and recently completed the CPMAI exam, I am keen to leverage off work already done in terms of templates for each of the phases? For example, Phase IV requires documenting the actual algorithm or modeling technique that is to be used.
Document decisions made for initial hyperparameter settings and the setting values.
Document Modeling Assumptions
Any good references on templates for this delivery methodology would be greatly appreciated ? Saving Changes...

Melissa, I took the exam back in March on Cognilytica’s LMS, before it transitioned to PMI’s platform. At that time, we were able to download the CPMAI Workbook, which includes all the phases and corresponding questions needed for your project which is exactly what you're looking for.
It’s a comprehensive but lengthy template (76 pages), and I found it very helpful for structuring AI projects.
That said, I’m not sure if this workbook is still available now that the exam and course have moved to PMI’s LMS.
I find Its too generic the workbook and was looking for more of a detailed template so I started creating Excels to make it easy to populate Saving Changes...

Thanks Rami Kaibni, I read the outline document and did the free Introduction course, now I'm reading the CPM overview guide. I'll look for this workbook to check it also.

Melissa Hellas Tsalicoglou my recommendation is not fall into the trap. CPMAI is not a methodology (by the way, the use of this word is a big mistake, but it is a matter of other debate). Unfortunately the PMI itself is contributing to the general confusion creating this type of things. Again, my recommendation, is understanding what you are talking about and apply what best fits to your initiative for creating a solution Saving Changes...
