Free AI tools like Fireflies, tl;dv, and Otter’s free tier help capture meeting minutes with quick summaries and action items. Microsoft tools such as Teams intelligent recap and Loop notes also support basic transcription in many plans. They work well for drafts, but limits include shorter recordings, accuracy gaps, and the need to review before sharing.

I've found that most meeting tools that I use now has the transcript and record functionality. I usually take those and if I can't generate meeting notes through Copilot or others, pop it into ChatGPT or similar to generate them.
