For me, nothing beats consistent recognition and celebrating small wins.We often wait until the end of a project to celebrate, but momentum is built in the middle. I try to publicly acknowledge individual contributions during stand-ups or team meetings whenever a milestone is hit. It doesn't have to be monetary; a simple "thank you" or highlighting someone's problem-solving skill goes a long way. Creating a psychological safety net where effort is seen and valued keeps morale high even during crunch times.
