Our intake process starts with a standardized request that captures business value, strategic alignment, resource requirements, dependencies, risks, and expected outcomes. We review requests through a governance process and prioritize them using a scoring framework that balances organizational strategy, operational needs, regulatory requirements, customer impact, geometry dash online, and ROI. Resource constraints are factored into prioritization discussions early. We maintain a capacity plan that accounts for both project work and operational support, reserving a portion of bandwidth for unplanned work and business-critical requests. For PM capacity, we don't rely solely on project counts. We consider project size, complexity, stakeholder load, risk level, and delivery phase. As a guideline, a PM may handle several small projects simultaneously, but only one or two highly complex initiatives at a time. Capacity is reviewed regularly and adjusted based on changing priorities and organizational needs.
