We are using Smartsheet. It has a lot of capabilities, and once your templates are created, replication is straightforward. Like any scheduling tool, it does not always synchronize perfectly. If someone downloads a plan and re-uploads, it can overwrite other changes. Sound familiar? ;) None of these tools are perfect. Knowing their limitations, though, helps us to adapt and get the most out of the toolset.

Mark, Oracle Primavera P6 Suite. It provides integrated project planning and scheduling, resource management, requirements (through integration and project controls), risk management, issue tracking, and overall project portfolio management. It's a comprehensive enterprise project management solution and does not require Azure.
