When priorities change partway through a project, keeping stakeholders aligned can be challenging. What practical techniques have you used to re-align expectations, communicate trade-offs, and maintain trust when scope or timelines shift? I'd love to hear real examples from the community.

Hi Santosh - interesting question! I'm curious if others have run into this as well. If you've experienced a similar issue, please share your experience and how you were able to address it. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

I've found that communicating the change as early as possible makes a big difference. Explaining why priorities changed, what the impact will be, and what decisions are needed helps everyone stay aligned.
Stakeholders don't usually expect everything to stay the same. They want to understand what's changing, why it's happening, and how it affects the project's goals.
