What’s one thing you wish you knew before taking the PMP? With the recent exam changes, I’m noticing a lot of the concepts leaning into business strategy, stakeholder management, and what honestly feels a little like consulting, and I’m not mad at it. 😂

I’m using PMI Study Hall now, but I’d love to hear what actually worked for you. Any study tips, resources, or hacks you swear by? Also happy to connect with anyone else preparing to test this fall. 😊

Why did I not think of my local chapter?! That is a great idea! I am fortunate enough to work for a company that has many many projects across many disciplines, from construction to software... it's incredible. I had a lot of talent to draw from within my own sphere. Maybe you have the same? Don't be afraid to reach out and chat with someone you don't know yet. For the most part, I find PMs enjoy sharing knowledge. It's literally the only time anyone makes us feel important. 😂😂😂
