Hi All,

Just looking for resources that job seekers in the mid-interview stages could use to assist in preparation of case studies - be it formal resources, informal discussions, or even direct volunteer peer feedback.

As we all know, case studies represent work that would normally be expected to take 3-6 months, compressed into a week at most. Any opportunity to have additional perspectives and constructive criticism would be most beneficial to those of us looking to nail these portions of our interviews.

Gabriel, this is an important issue, especially when candidates are expected to compress months of project work into a few days.
A few resources worth exploring are PMI's academic project management case studies, ProjectManagement.com's templates and checklists, CaseCoach, and university career centers that offer case interview preparation materials.
Beyond these, I think PMI chapters, professional mentors, and peer-review groups could provide valuable opportunities for mock presentations and constructive feedback. AI tools could also help challenge assumptions, identify gaps, and simulate stakeholder questions, provided confidential information is protected.
I'd also recommend clarifying the expected deliverables with the employer and focusing on sound reasoning, realistic assumptions, key risks, and actionable recommendations rather than attempting to produce an exhaustive project plan.
Perhaps PMI Community could facilitate a volunteer case-study review network connecting job seekers with experienced practitioners.
