I started to contribute, but then I stopped, since your questions seem to go to people working in Japan only (e.g. question 2). Since I work in a German company in Germany - but in an international project mostly with Italian (supplier, customer), German (supplier, developer, colleagues) and Japanese (supplier) people, I feel not adressed with the questions. My company has subsidiaries in the US and in China, but not in Japan. Project place is Germany and Italy.
