What's the most difficult question you've faced in a mock exam?

It could be a general topic
It could be a knowledge area
It could be a process group
It could be a particular question that you never got by
It could be a phrase/wording

I want to hear from your experiences...

Let me ask another tough question then...Is this type of question even relevant for a Project Manager? To me, it seems to be more relevant for your subject matter expert.

This is a Statistical Process Control question, relating to Six Sigma techniques. I would say an adequate question if for LSS PMs to answer, in my opinion.

Interesting comments, anybody wants to comment on these type of questions to be posted in practice exams, because I'm pretty sure I haven't seen any similar to these in a real PMI exam, have anyone?

I agree this is a PMP question. I've replies above. More than 6 consécutives measurements are below the mean 20. The process is within limits yes but it is out of control

I found this in the PMBOK - section 8.1.2.3 - Quality Tools. So Control Charts are definitely in the syllabus.

Any other difficult questions on Mock Exams? Lets bring out those really nasty ones, which seems not to have an answer. We all have seen those here and there.

Please share...

It might depend on the situations which the questions might refer to. In my opinion, it is hard to specify the areas or domains of difficulties.

I agree with Stephen. This question with at least 7 consecutive measurements being below or above the mean is difficult, and you get to know the answer thanks to mock questions and checking back the PMBOK and other books.

This type of question is difficult and happens in reality. It is an important PMP question...

It was always not easy for me to solve wordy questions because English is my second language. Even it was applicable to real exam since I had only 2 minutes left when I answered all questions in the real exam without revisiting the marked questions.
