What's the best or couple of best Project Management Literature you've used to prepare?

What's the best or couple of best Project Management Literature you've used to prepare?

Please answer not in theory but by own vivid experience.

Everyones learning style will be different. I did not like PMBOK so much, but did like The PMP Exam - How To Pass On Your First try by Andy Crowe. I found his online test exam the closest to the real exam also.
And there is a lot of resource on YouTube that i found helpful.
Flashcards were also most helpful.

Steve - At the moment I did my PMP I did not use Andy's text, Didn't know about him, but I wish I had. Great reference.

Rose - There is a lot of information out there for CAPM... many of the same PMP authors offers CAPM text and sample questions.

I have used Rita's book and PMBOK. Bought some exams simulations on pmstudy which are similar to the real PMP exam. Free exam simulations are very easy to answer and do not represent the difficulty of PMP exam.

thanks for being in touch i would also like to add that another tip is to participate in a boot camp for PMP exam prep , continue practicing the mock questions of Rita Malchey and appear in exam within 15 days of achieving 80 percent marks in mock exam.
