What other questions would you ask when Studying Project Procurement Management?

Some important questions you need to ask yourself when studying this area are:

1. What’s the difference between Procurement Management Plan and Project Management Plan?
2. Difference between Contract Closeout and Admin Closure?
3. Different contract types?
4. What is the last item a project manager must do to finalize the project closing?
