However I found a workaround by going to my profile in projectmanagement.com, just like Rami mentioned.
Under the section PDUs awarded, it shows the webinars I watched and their percentage of completion, the ones that I had problems were showing 0% percentage even though I watched them 100% percentage, the percentage is a link that take you to the webinar, so I watched the webinar again using the percentage link and it works this time.
l noticed this time that while I'm watching the webinar there's a pink bar showing the progress that I didn't notice before, so I'm assuming this pink bar is the one that tells that recording is working fine.
again thanks for your help and hopes the problem went away.
