Theme for scientific article

Dear Colleagues,

I'm having problems with a article that I need to write to complete my post graduation. I have only one theme in mind and I'm not sure it will in itself generate relevant content for the community.

My current idea is to raise the main problems in communication or scope management and propose solutions that can be applied to the most diverse types of projects.

I would like the opinion of the ladies and gentlemen about my idea.
