was passed 30 November by the U.S. Senate.

The Program Management Improvement and Accountability Act (PMIAA)
was passed 30 November by the U.S. Senate.

The bill will now go to President Barack Obama for signature and enactment. This legislation will make improvements to program and project management policy across the U.S. government. It is a landmark achievement for our profession, and it would not be possible without the support of members like you.

The scope of this act is limited to the Federal government, although the principles of the act are applicable to all businesses.

What are United States Federal Agencies doing to react or prepare for the PMIAA? Are US Federal Agencies waiting for the Office of Management and Budget to issue guidance before the Agencies react, prepare or execute the PMIAA?
