What are you PM goals for 2017 in terms of Career Development and Advancement ? What are you planning to achieve as a Project Manager ? Saving Changes...
what is your motivation for doing BA and/or Agile/ACP.
I am also considering doing BA, but not really sure yet if this would be the best next step.
And also many thanks for your support this year.
Regards,
Markus
BA and Agile are two interesting certifications, I think BA will be a better addition to PMP and RMP.
I have also to make a choice with certification from PMI or other, see certification that are more valued.
Support was a pleasure and part of my participation to this community. I plan to stay active here, keep on giving back.
Good luck on your plan for 2017, and a great ship cruise.

Hi Rami, good luck your plans for 2017. Sounds like you will be busy! I wrote an article a few weeks ago outlining five resolutions project managers shouldn't make and five that you should. The topics are very much focused on personal and team leadership. Check it out here, https://www.brightwork.com/blog/5-new-year...-shouldnt-make.

Thanks Grace. I believe we are all busy as PM is a very demanding and challenging job.
Interesting article Grace, thanks for sharing. I could only find the Five shouldn't but did not fidn the Should part. Can you share ?
On the same subject, I agree, Micromanagement will have negative influence on your projects and I wrtoe an article earlier about this specific topic which I would like to share with you:

Hi Rami, great article - thanks for sharing! The five recommend resolutions are part of the article I shared; they are listed as 'try this' under each point.
