1. Actively involving in and support this great project management community
2. Get certifications of Scrum, ITIL and ACP if possible

A goal should not contain the words "if possible". In fact, you should treat each targeted certification as its own goal.

On the plus side, you can get your CSM and ITIL Foundation fairly easily. They take about 2 and 4 days, respectively, for the course and exam. The ACP will be the big goal.

Thanks Grace. I believe we are all busy as PM is a very demanding and challenging job.

Interesting article Grace, thanks for sharing. I could only find the Five shouldn't but did not fidn the Should part. Can you share ?

On the same subject, I agree, Micromanagement will have negative influence on your projects and I wrtoe an article earlier about this specific topic which I would like to share with you:

Just earned my PSM! I've been working at solidifying my professional foundation and worth. The PSM is my first official/formal certification for the year. Good timing as I'm transitioning into a Scrum Master role in our global digital innovation department.
