2017 Project Management Goals

My goals for 2017:

1) Help my team members grow personally and professionally
2) continue to grow myself and also give something back by contributing here in this community

Wow, 2017 already! To be honest, much of this time of the year is about reflecting for performance evaluations.

So far, for 2017:
1) Improve Project Management practices and processes applying learnings from continued professional development
2) Work to be a more active member of my local Chapter
3) Remain an active member of this community

#1 really is open ended, but a large part of my growth and guidance in this profession. No certification plans for the year, but have been eying the ACP. .

My Goals for 2017

1 - Look at possible certification for BA and Agile
2 - keep active volunteer at my local PMI and Agile communities
3 - keep being active here at ProjectManagement.

you already mentioned some great points.

Here are my considerations:

1.) personal development: i am thinking about becoming a PBA next year, but not really sure yet; enhancing my Mindmapping skills (in fact i would like to develop some makros especially for my MP4PM framework); enhancing my Excel skills from advanced user to hopefully professional level (already started a course this year, but will still need some time ....)
2.) development of my colleagues: i have some colleagues who wants to become a PMP next year and i will do my best to help them
3.) Online community's: of course i want to be at least as active as this year here at pm.com; also i will going on to support my other community's like "I want to be a PMP" on LinkedIn
4.) my organization: supporting our "Phoenix" program as a PM and PMO as best as i can
5.) private: we will do our first travel with a cruuse ship in april ...;)
6.) MP4PM: this is one of my primary goals for the next year! to develop MP4PM further and hopefully complete it for PMBoK Guide 5th edition

I'm planning to get my PMP in the next 3-4 years, however currently I do not have the capacity to include such a project in my busy schedule...
