I am professor of Industrial Engineering at University Center of FEI (Centro Universitário da FEI) Sao Paulo – Brazil and I would like to invite you to participate in a Scientific Research I am running for my PhD thesis. The main objective of my research is to evaluate some motivational aspects and the influence of gamification (the use of game design elements in non-game contexts) in knowledge sharing in virtual communities of practice like “projectmanagement.com”.
