Stress is a energy that advises you on what to do. In small doses, stress has many advantages. For instance, It can help you meet daily challenges and motivates you to reach your goals and srategic objective in your organization.

Yes, I am one of such person who suppresses all the expectations in the stressed delivery situation.

Again, I disagree with you. Particularly, in Indian IT context. I do not know your background, but in the IT industry, the things are quite different than other sectors. It does not depend on a person rather it depends on the group of individuals.

And overcoming the stress is the good thing for the work-life balance. Which in turns one of the fundamental right for each and every human being.

The "Poor Planning" can be done purposefully also.

Interesting :)

This is another topic of discussion, as it can affect the reputation of an organisation. You can put this question in a separate discussion thread.

Else, will wait for comments from leader board -

Stress is a relative term and varies from person to person. How one perceives it . Ultimately stress can be positive treated as opportunity to explore new ideas or work harder, or it can be a negative treated as threat and can reduce the work rate efficiency

Stress is a state of mind which is largely considered negative.
Yes stress can be positive as well, as for instance last minute preparation for your exam is always stress ridden, but it offers you better result, if you dont loose your composure and grasp a few handy takeaways.

In my opinion a moderate level of stress ( might be anxiety, fear etc.) could pressure your mind to bring your best up, as it is a natural survival instinct.
Stress can kill uou performance as well if it overrides your mind, so hold on to your emotional quotient, make good use of it, and shoot...
