From my point of view is a great feature of this site, that maybe should be promoted in the home page. For example last updates, or something like that.
A few months ago, I explored, found and reported some entries that were discussions, spam, and the site administrator cleaned it.
In my case, I found the entry about Emotional Intelligence, and I started to complete, but due to time constraints or because I spent more time participating in the discussions forum... it can't be finished, not yet.
I would like to also encourage the team members to participate and contribute. Saving Changes...
@Maria thank you for your feed-back
Nice suggestion to have it in the home page.
Also I think we could set a alert for updates, like a message one a day/a week on change in the Wikis.
I plan to make a few addition and edition, reason for exploring it. Saving Changes...

The main idea of the Wiki's is to have everyone contribute and add value. You can start a Wiki even if it was a few lines (Emotional Intelligence Wiki is am example) then people start contributing and building on that.
Unfortunately, I do not see much contributions there so probably Wiki's need to ne promoted as some members might not be aware of it or how it works.

@Rami, thank you for your feedback
I agree that a Wiki can be started with a small text, and people just keep on contributing to make it more and more valuable.
Sadly some wiki where initiated in 2012 with a basic frame, no content specially those on Agile, no update where made since.
And you are right it is not very visible. That is a part of the reason behind this discussion, and even here not much action!

You're all right about the need to promote the wiki. If I didn't happen across this thread I would never have known we had one.
