Adaptative is a life cycle model. Based on adaptative you have life cycle process like iterative and others. And based on life cycle process you have methods like SCRUM and others. So, the first thing to do is to understand that change control process could or not could be contained into the method you use. On the other side, change control process is the basement to control any type of change (in scope for example) and the process can be one and only one in a totally independent way no matter the life cycle model/process or method you use. In our case we have 5 different life cycle process defined and only one change control process and governance process defined that we use with the five ones. Saving Changes...
