Does your organisation use defined reporting tolerances (eg the criteria for a traffic light rating: red, amber, green) against a programme which are different to your project reporting tolerances?
What do you see as being the main differences?

Hi Rebecca,

At the beginning of a project I specify what each lighting rating is so as to minimize any confusion. Those ratings are agreed upon at the executive level as well.

Yes, we use it. We use traffic lights. It is because the organization considere that is the best way to visualize status at one sight.
