Does the new USA Visa Guidelines have impact on Project Managers looking for USA Projects...

There are only 65k H1-B visa granted every year, which is only a fraction of the vast number of applications received. Not sure if there is any differentiation for PM, I'd say probably not - at the most, the potential employer will file the application and expect a positive lottery outcome
