not able to submit PMP application

Hello,

I am trying to submit my PMP application but getting following error
"We're sorry, but we cannot accept your application at this point. This could be due to other certifications that you have, or other applications you've submitted that are currently being processed. "

Before completing PMP application I was about to pursue CAPM. So I have completed CAPM application which is open currently. Is there any way to discard the CAPM application and continue with PMP application?

Hi,

like Vincent already mentioned please contact PMI customer care center.
I would suggest to contact them by phone.
The people there are always very kind and helpful. I guess they need to cancel or close your CAPM application before you can submit your PMP application.
Should be not a big deal i guess.

Yes, contact PMI. The representatives there are very helpful, and courteous. You also have the option to live chat as well.

I'm sure they can get you squared away.

I did call PMI and they canceled my CAPM application to proceed with my PMP application

And they were so helpful, the whole procedure took less than a minute
...
