Hi everyone, I'm new to MS Project and only have less than 1 year of experience with Project Management. I'm helping my company writing an implementation plan using MS Project for a healthcare business proposal My boss doesn't like Gantt Chart because it's too busy to look at. Besides our customers, who will make decisions, do not have Project Management background and so they won't be able to interpret Gantt Chart. But my company and our competitors have always use Gantt Chart to create implementation plans in our proposals. My questions are: Is there a way to make Gantt chart more presentable so people with no Project Management background can read and understand it? Or is there another way to present implementation plan without using a Gantt chart? Many thanks! Saving Changes...

I often use the timeline feature of MS Project to communicate with external stakeholders, none of which would be comfortable with a Gantt chart. It's simple and works well for me to communicate phases and key milestones and is automatically updated with progress changes within the Gantt. Saving Changes...
