Hi All,

Which elements we should cover to create the performance report of developers/Team Leaders/Tester after every project we conclude?
We are planning to include the developer's performance report after every project finish in Project Closure.

Please suggest.

You'll need to determine the KPI's and criteria for which to measure.For instance realized effort - estimated vs. actual

That said, if there are metrics on the project itself, then a developer's or tester's performance will be encompassed by the overall results. If a gap is realized, further identification will pinpoint the cause - task or phase related.
