In one of my kick-off meetings I asked the team members to get split up into pairs. Each pair was requested to do an interview, like A interviews B and B interviews A with the intention to have an introduction round where A introduces B and B introduces A to the whole group. This ignited a good start that the team became aware about cultural differences.
