Given the slew of such maps available through a simple Google search, what kind of example are you exactly looking for?

Hey, thanks for the reply. I've found a load via Google but the quality isn't great. It's more the framework I am interested in rather than content as the actual domain is very narrow (BPO / financial services). Does that help?
